On March 12, 2012, coinciding with the first day of the World Water Forum, the Director General of UNESCO, Irina Bokova and the newly appointed president of UN-Water, Michel Jarraud, they released the 4th edition of the Report of United Nations Development of Water Resources in the World (WWDR4) "water management in a context of uncertainty and risk."
