The present report has been elaborated in two parts for a better systematization of its content, one first with the description of the process of formulation of concepts and principles that later will be a part of a World-wide Vision on the Water and also the alternative Visions that will arise with greater force. A second part, where there is a review of how these concepts will be incorporated in policies of international financial organisms like the World Bank and the IADB and in the hydric policies of certain countries.
