This report presents new experiences developed by ProAnde between 1997 and 2001 in the province of Andahuaylas, in the Andes, to resolve the problem of the water supply in rural zones. The central part describes and analyzes how 5 small towns located in a high slope did obtain an autosustainable gravity water supply system
