Environment considers that allowing parks irrigation is a big mistake

Environment minister, Cristina Narbona, and the Hydrographic Tajo Confederation president, Jose Maria Macías, showed yesterday their worry about the announcement done by Esperanza Aguirre, where she studies to allow public gardens irrigation.
